Territories of Extraction brings together the sculptural and performative works of So Young Park (KR), Ester Gašparová (SK), and Lorenzo Zerbini (IT). The exhibition explores how systems of control—architectural, territorial, and symbolic—shape landscapes and natural environments. Through installations and a live performance that activates sculptural structures, extraction becomes tangible not only as a material process but also as a political and cultural one.
arka arka is an off-space based in the souterrain of Stammgasse in Vienna. From being the artist studio of a renowned Austrian painter E. Fuchs, to then being used as a storage and possibly demolished in the future - this space is transient by design. The idea of arka arka is to bring together like-minded people and offer space for individual and collective artistic expression.
We want to build networks, and foster international and local exchange, becoming vocal supporters of diversity and each other.
